The EZGram web site makes it easy to create custom letters that can be sent anywhere in the world. You create your letter online using the simple form, preview the letter, and pay for it. We will handle printing, stuffing the envelope, addressing the envelope, applying the postage, and sending the letter. Letters can be up to 4 pages long. These are some of the top questions asked about our service.

Q. What does an EZGram look like?

A. An EZGram letter looks exactly like a letter as you would type it from your own computer. We do not insert any branding or references to the EZGram service. When your recipient receives the letter, it looks as if it came directly from you. The letter is enclosed in a 24# white, grooved, embossed #10 envelope. Click here to see a sample of the envelope.

Q. Can I create a letter without creating an account?

A. No. You must have an account with us to send a letter, however accounts are easily set up and free. We require an account so that we can contact you when your letter is mailed.

Q. Can I log in from anywhere, and does EZGram remember my information?

A. Yes. EZGram stores your information in a database, rather than in your machine in cookies, making it easy for you to log in from anywhere and view your account information and cart contents.

Q. I created a letter that I decided I did not want to send. How long does EZGram keep my letters stored?

A. Indefinitely. EZGram will store your letters until you either send them or delete them. After sending a letter, EZGram will keep a record of it in case you need to duplicate the letter in the future.

Q. Can I put a date on the letter that is in the future?

A. Yes. EZGram will print and send your letter on the date specified.

Q. Can I pre-date a letter?

A. No. Letters must be dated from the current date to any date in the future.

Q. Can I send to multiple recipients?

A. Yes. EZGram allows you to maintain an address book and send to as many people as you need to. Also, you can create address groups for convenience if you consistently send letters to a specific group of people.

Q. How long will it take to get my letter printed and mailed?

A. Letters will be printed and mailed on the date that appears on the top of the letter so long as you meet the cut-off time (see next question below).  You, as the user, can choose today or any valid future date. If you are choosing to have one letter, or thousands, EZGram has the built in capacity to make sure your order is fulfilled on time, every time.

Q. What is the cut-off time for getting my letter in the mail today?

A. We will mail your letter today if you have your order finalized by 3pm (EST), Monday through Friday, except public holidays. We do not currently offer mailing on the weekend, unless through special arrangement. Please contact us if you need this service.

Q. How many letters can I send at one time?

A. Our system is setup to be as versatile as you need it to be. You can send just one letter, or thousands. EZGram allows you to maintain an address book and send to as many people as you want. You can use our address group feature for convenience if you consistently send letters to a specific group of people.

We recommend that you contact our direct mail division (www.integram.com) if your requirements are in the thousands, as we can give you a more customized approach.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. We charge just $1 per letter, which includes postage, with an additional $0.10 each for pages 2 through 4, and a $1.00 charge for worldwide delivery..

Q. What type of paper and envelopes do you use?

A. We use a high quality 60# white 8.5 X 11 stock for the letter, and we use a 24# white, grooved, embossed #10 envelope to mail it in. Click here to see a sample of the envelope.

Q. How many addresses can I keep in my address book? How long will they stay there?

A. You can have as many as 2000 or more addresses in your address book, for easy access from any online computer terminal in the world. We will keep these addresses in your account for as long as it remains open.

Q. How can I cancel a letter I've sent?

A. If your letter has not yet printed it can be cancelled by contacting EZGram customer service at 800 732 4138 or 703 849 1700. After a letter is printed it can not be cancelled. Our system needs to be fast to ensure your letters get in the mail on the day you want them to. For this reason we expedite the letter processing and delivery to the USPS as soon as it's printed.

Q. How can I be sure my letter will get to the addressee?

A. We can guarantee delivery to the USPS, however after your letter is mailed we rely on the USPS to ensure delivery to the addressee. We have a close working relationship with the USPS and have complete confidence that your mail will reach it's addressed destination.

Q. Can I make the logo or signature or anything else in color?

A. Yes, color is an option that can be added to any letter. To have your letter printed in color, choose options on the checkout page. Signatures and letterhead logos will print in color, as well as any additional uploaded PDF files. Your text will print in black. Please note, if you are uploading a color picture as a PDF and would like it to remain unfolded, you will need to choose USPS Priority Mail or one of the UPS services, also found in the checkout options.

Q. Is there a choice in paper stock?

A. At this time we offer only white 60# 8.5 X 11 for EZGram letters. If you do require another selection, please contact our direct mail division (www.integram.com) for a variety of options.

Q. How do I know you will not use my information or my address book to send unsolicited mail and email?

A. We hold your information in the strictest confidence and will not release or use your information for any purpose other than to send out your approved EZGrams.

Q. Who is Integram? What relationship does Integram have to EZGram?

A. Integram is the Inc 500 company behind EZGram. EZGram works so effectively because it has all the resources of a state-of-the-art, full service, high speed mail production facility at its disposal. EZGram is a service developed by Integram to give you the tools to mail letters without the complications of working with the direct mail industry, and without the hassle of doing it yourself.

Q. Can I send a letter to another country?

A. Yes, you can send to anywhere in the world from anywhere in the world. Letters will originate from the United States and delivered via USPS.

Q. What happens if a letter cannot be delivered to the recipient?

A. If you have provided a valid return address in the United States, the letter will be returned to that address by the USPS. Letters sent worldwide will be returned based on policies of the postal service of the country you mailed to.
