The EZGram web site makes it easy to create custom letters that can be sent anywhere in the world. You create your letter online using the simple form, preview the letter, and pay for it. We will handle printing, stuffing the envelope, addressing the envelope, applying the postage, and sending the letter. Letters can be up to 4 pages long.
Features
- You have to have an account to send a letter, but you don't need an account to create a letter. Accounts are easily created and require a valid email address.
- You can create as many letters as you like, and only pay for those that you send. Letters created by you are stored as long as your account remains active.
- Addresses used for letters are stored in your address book.
- Letters can be duplicated and sent again to the same person or someone else
Steps
- Create the letter. This is done easily using our online letter composition form.
- Preview the letter. This will show you what the letter will look like, including page breaks and line breaks..
- Pay for the letter. Immediately upon purchasing, the letter is queued for delivery on the date you specify.
Editing your document
Every aspect of your letter is broken down into easy-to-read form fields that can be edited individually.
Heading: The heading should be your sending address, which will show through as a return address on the envelope. A valid address is preferable here. You are allowed up to 5 lines of address information (if you use 6 lines, country will appear on the 5th line).
Date: You can choose any date in the future (up to one year) to send the letter, or use the current date. Dates in the past will not be allowed and will default to the current date. Date formats are pre-defined.
Inside address: This is the address where your letter will go. It has to be accurate, or your letter will not get to the intended destination. An address can include up to 6 lines.
Salutation: Use one of the predefined salutations, or use your own. If you add your own salutation, it will be stored for the next time you use our service.
Body: The body of the message can be composed in the box that we provide, or in your word processing program and cut/pasted into our box. Use the Preview function to see how the final letter will look.
Closing: Use one of the predefined closings, or use your own. If you add your own closing, it will be stored for the next time you use our service.
Signature: You can add your name and title here. If you have a signature saved as a GIF file with a transparent background, we can include that as well.
